Key insights showed that homeowners look for reassurance through clean design, transparent messaging, and visible professionalism. The UX approach emphasized straightforward navigation, clearly defined service offerings, and prominent calls to action. Special attention was given to reducing friction in the contact process, ensuring users could quickly request a quote or start a conversation.
