UX Strategy & Research
The UX strategy was informed by research into luxury architecture studios, high-end property developers, and editorial design platforms.
This phase focused on understanding how affluent, design-conscious users explore portfolios, evaluate credibility, and form emotional connections with architectural brands.
Insights from this research highlighted the importance of:
Minimal navigation with clear hierarchy
Strong visual storytelling supported by restrained copy
Generous use of white space and rhythm
A calm, distraction-free browsing experience
Based on these findings, the UX strategy prioritised clarity, pacing, and visual focus. Content was structured to encourage exploration rather than conversion pressure, reinforcing trust and aligning with the expectations of a luxury audience.
Design Approach
The design approach centers on restraint, proportion, and materiality—principles borrowed directly from architecture itself.
The interface uses a neutral, timeless color palette and refined typography to create a sense of calm and sophistication. Layouts are intentionally spacious, allowing imagery and architectural details to take center stage. Typography and UI elements act as supporting structure rather than focal points, ensuring the work remains the primary narrative.
A modular design system was developed to support a wide range of content types, from property showcases to architectural and interior design services. This ensures consistency across the experience while allowing flexibility for future expansion.
